In de lessen worden allerlei spierversterkende oefeningen aaneengesloten aangeboden zodat naast de spieren ook het algemene uithoudingsvermogen wordt getraind. Een ideale manier om uw conditie op peil te brengen! De les duurt 45 minuten les en wordt gegeven door een bevoegde instructeur of instructrice. AquaRobics wordt uitgevoerd in het instructiebad en is geschikt voor iedereen die geen medische beperkingen heeft. De minimum leeftijd is 16 jaar. Aquarobics is een zeer pakkende aquasport: een activiteit waarbij muziek de oefeningen ondersteunt. AquaRobics is behoorlijk inspannend, maar het ritmisch bewegen op vlotte melodieën is vooral leuk en werkt stimulerend.
